Does this sound familiar?
You know what you need to do. Your brain has other plans.
This workshop is for the moment between “I should really…” and somehow reorganizing a drawer instead.
Too many starting points
The task isn’t impossible. It just contains seventeen smaller tasks wearing a trench coat.
A magnificent brain dump
You have ideas, notes, screenshots, and tabs. What you do not currently have is a plan.
Stuck before step 1
You don’t need another productivity system. You need help finding the next move.
How it works
Less watching. More doing.
01
See it
I’ll demonstrate a few practical ways to use AI as a thinking partner – not a magic answer machine.
02
Try it
You’ll use the techniques on your own task, with room to experiment and change direction.
03
Leave with it
You’ll finish with progress, reusable prompts, and a clear next step—not twelve pages of notes you never open again.
Not another webinar
This is a working session.
Bring one real task, project, decision or mess. You do not need to arrive organized. That would rather defeat the purpose.
- Turn overwhelm into content:
Learn how to give AI the info it needs without first writing the world’s most perfect prompt - Get a useful starting point:
Break a tangled project into concrete steps your actual brain can work with. - Make progress in the room
Try the method on your own work, ask questions, and get unstuck with live support. - Know when AI is full of it
Check the output, protect private information, and keep your judgement firmly in the drivers seat.
You belong here if…
“Why can’t I just do this?” is part of your internal monologue.
- Traditional productivity systems work beautifully for approximately four days.
- Breaking a project into steps is somehow its own overwhelming project.
- You’re curious about AI but allergic to jargon and tech-bro nonsense.
- You learn best by trying something with guidance.
You do not need an ADHD diagnosis, technical background, or previous AI experience. You need a computer, one real thing to work on, and your gloriously imperfect brain.
This workshop is educational and is not medical care or ADHD treatment.
Meet your guide
Hi, I’m Sarah.
I’m the tech-savvy problem-solver behind DIYYour. I help people and organizations untangle messy processes, make technology useful, and build systems that work in real life—not just in an immaculate project plan.
My background spans product management, creative direction, user experience, business operations, teaching, and AI implementation. I also have ADHD, so I am intimately familiar with both the astonishing capabilities of an interest-driven brain and its occasional refusal to perform a task containing three perfectly reasonable steps.
I don’t teach AI as magic. I teach it as a tool.
